Samantha is the Head of Asset Management and is responsible for optimising the performance, value and risk profile of CBIC’s property portfolio, aligning asset-level execution with strategic, financial and ESG objectives. The role leads asset strategy delivery across leasing, capital works, development and operations, with accountability for budgets, forecasting, reporting, governance and property management performance.

With over 20 years experience, Samantha has expertise in asset and investment management, acquisition, development and valuation of institutional grade assets.  Samantha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), a Diploma of Business and is a Registered Valuer in Queensland.
