Daryl Browning

IRC Chair

Daryl has over 40 years’ experience in the property sector in valuations, agency, and property funds management. For the past 17 years Daryl was the CEO of ISPT Pty Ltd, a $20bn property investment and development platform owned by its industry fund investors.

He is a fellow of the Green Building Council, Life Member of the Property Council (Victoria), Director of Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, recent Director of the Property Industry Foundation, and a Director of Campus Living Villages.

Daryl currently assists CBIC in the role of Investment Advisor.
