Bianca is Head of Real Estate at CBIC and is responsible for identifying and delivering development opportunities and supporting the optimisation of earnings and long-term performance of CBIC’s investment activities.

With a career in the property industry spanning 20 years, Bianca has expertise in site investigation, acquisition, and development management across most asset classes with a speciality focus on seniors housing and social infrastructure.

Prior to her role at CBIC, Bianca has worked in diverse property organisations spanning state government, not-for-profit, professional services, as well as private and listed real estate groups.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics).
